Starzin Chinese Cultural Centre (星辰汉语) was established in Aug, 2013, with the wish to link the people by language learning. The founder is a lover of language and culture. He has been a teacher in a Chinese university. In Starzin, all the teachers are from China, and are passinate in teaching.

Chen Wei is a native Chinese speaker. He comes from Ganzhou, a city in Middle East China. He graduated from Central South University, with a Master's degree. He is holding a Teacher's licence approved by Chinese government. Through years education and living in China, his pronuciation is purely accurate. He had helped many foreign students in Chinese learning.

Wenyang is a teacher from Beijing. She graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics (Beijing) with a bachelor's degree.
